good morning today is Monday March 30th if it's your birthday I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible liberty and justice for all the Texas pledge honor the Texas flag I pledge allegiance to the Texas one State under God one and indivisible science thank you please be seated and now the moment you've been waiting for your morning announcements all right first up today sponsor for our announcements Charmin Charmin I guess we run things students this is a reminder that I will be posting an announcement for the duration our school building is closed this is not all inclusive please still continue to check our website please and you to follow us on social media but this is intended to provide some connection some familiarity and a friendly voice from the school in order for us to all feel better about this remote Learning Adventure breakfast packs handed out at Tatum Elementary from 7 Monday through Friday package to be handed out at 8 a.m. Elementary from 11:30 until 12:30 Friday for the duration that are school buildings are closed please keep in mind to all children ages 1 through 18. have to be enrolled in Farmersville School however the child must be present in order to claim the meal all right next up an announcement for those of you who want to be on the cheer squad next year now you are interest meeting with your parents and their coaches white and Coach helps familiarize yourself with a remind 101 account is more important than ever because pretty soon coach why did is going to share some information about how to prepare even as we are out of the building and that way you can be prepared to have cheer tryouts cheer tryout schedule is obviously exercises that you can familiarize yourself with the remind 101 account please make sure forgotten forgotten, please email Coach white and she will get the information to you I want to remind everyone that offer remote tutorials clothes you can find this section of the Farmersville Junior High School web page the remote schedule for online tutorials so you can still arrange for remote tutorials with your teacher outside of these office our Windows however the office our windows are protected and that makes sure that everyone has a fair chance to ask accessing students you are requesting teacher please reach out to them via email or through other means in order to set up your time as soon as possible we also want to remind everyone that our physical building office hours are limited during school closures so this building at Farmersville Junior High School is open on Mondays and Fridays on Mondays were open from 7:30 a.m. till 9:30 a.m. and on Fridays were open from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. and if you need to drop off or pick up business at the school there will be someone there citizen Paris please note that online Gradebook portal is still the official great book for all of our students so I know some people were a little anxious about grading online work especially in the first week that we completed this process stress too much as far as any student who is making an attempt at remote learning or trying your best to navigate through the online Google Classroom system if you are passing your classes prior to spring break you will pass for the marking. So please just make sure you are making an attempt making an attempt means trying to submit work asking questions or reaching out to your teacher if there's any problem that you are logging and you're making an effort to complete your work if you are not passing class Pride spring break are you reach out to your teacher and find out what you need to do even remotely you are going to have success for the marking. You still have lots of time this Thursday April 9th and so there's plenty of time do your work making up things from private spring break or navigating this new remote Learning System and as long as you should be passing your classes the key to this is Grace for also embrace the students and families and we also asked so that our students can be as successful as possible I want to remind login you to your Google Classroom sites however if you haven't please note that every student has already been a part of learning instruction even spring break or at least one class and every grade level so all gold everything the same way for those students who are served you are special education and dyslexia programs specifically site, wait for remote online learning for resources to serve students in special education dyslexia programs finally we want to let everyone know that especially return to school date for student news on April 6th that is the latest official word for Farmersville Independent School District either way so your students to come back to the building April 6th for work to be prepared at this time for that scenario as well burning students report just keep looking for having said that I have the need for a extended school closure April 3rd volunteer work in the envelope that it was handed to you are you would put it in the grade level that we created and then you would pick up your new envelope of War upcoming announcements to confirm information either way today's morning done during this time can really see I'm not just working for but here's a clue homeschool business has a monopoly on my time I'd love to be out doing recreational activities like fishing and full-time operation designing and supporting communication systems for students and Families puzzling I'm leaving teachers to an increased workload exploding kittens is too busy to mess around with the cat and I don't want anyone to feel like a success and this is not just a bunch of meaning what a true commitment to Quality instruction summary you're not playing thank you for allowing me to take 5 and to get this off of my chest hopefully I have addressed concerns again thank you to everyone who's working together for our Student Success during pandemic and that concludes morning announcements for all
