good morning Farmersville today 20 if it's your birthday happy birthday and Happy Star Wars day at Sea with you please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all and now the Texas pledge of the Texas flag I pledge allegiance to the Texas one State under God one and indivisible please remain standing for a moment of silence thank you please be seated yo morning announcements Triad missing Sports we're a team hat need to rub some cattle there's a hat for that too so don't flip your leg do the coronavirus frustration just put on a hat to stay on top of your game first up today say hats off to all teachers and nurses as we celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week starting May 4th and Nurse Appreciation Week starting May 6th to our amazing nurse and teachers at Farmersville Junior High School now more than ever thank you for all the support the health and learning of our students especially during this time apart are wonderful PTO also tips their caps to you and a sponsor to special you received this week students and families are invited to send messages of encouragement to your teachers who are working harder now more than ever you will want to check out the f social media sites each day for celebratory messages that will also feature a new detail about the upcoming fjhs renovation what's remain at the head of your class then you should know that today marks the halfway point of our final marking. Progress reports will not be mailed home but families are encouraged to check the parent portal to stay on top of midterm scores keep in mind that students who show I'm trying will pass for the marking.
